I did 65 minutes of cardio on the elliptical this morning. This afternoon I weight trained my legs. Here is my workout:
*sissy squats (killer!!!)
*front squats with kettle bell
*hack squats with kettle bell
*duck walks
*standing calve raises holding kettle bell
*deadlifts with kettle bell
*twisting deadlift with kettle bell
*rack lunges with kettle bell
*dragon twists (I need to work on this technique a bit)
*jumping split squats (lunges)
*plie squats
*deck squats
